Enigma is a communication and marketing agency and one of the actors recognized as a leader in Switzerland.
After more than 10 years of existence and strong growth in the early years, Enigma reached a point of stagnation, struggling to take the company to the next level.
The plan
Growth and Culture.
It was necessary to preserve Enigma's DNA, especially in a creative universe, and to respect the culture and identity.
It was necessary to work on the barriers to growth and unlock them to maximize Enigma's highly appreciated impact on its ecosystem.
The approach
We conducted a comprehensive audit using multidimensional glasses to identify the strengths to preserve and the areas to develop. In the proposed roadmap, we emphasized improving operational excellence, establishing succession plans, governance, and financial monitoring.
Then, Enigma decided to take advantage of the advisory service with the navigator. An advisory board was established to discuss the best way to implement the roadmap.
And recently, Enigma decided to use interim management and is challenging itself with the CFO Booster service.
The results
Growth despite the pandemic!
Enigma not only succeeded in breaking through that complicated glass ceiling but also achieved rapid growth while creating two new services and adapting to the radical changes brought on by lockdowns.
A brand-new way of working was co-constructed with Enigma's clients for even greater value creation and with a larger-scale impact.
